1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Immigration Templates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Immigration Templates provides:

• Access to USCIS immigration form information and checklists
• Fillable template documents for immigration purposes
• Processing time and fee information
• Step-by-step guides for form completion
• Team collaboration features (on applicable plans)
• White-label branding options (on Business plan)

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans:

• Solo: Free tier with limited access
• Professional ($39/month): Full access for individual users
• Team ($149/month): Up to 5 team members
• Business ($299/month): Up to 15 team members with white-label branding

Billing Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial months of service

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription
• Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate
• After 30 days, your account and data may be permanently deleted

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Resell or redistribute our content without permission
• Use the service for any fraudulent purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by Immigration Templates or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• Use our templates and forms for your personal or business immigration needs
• Modify templates for your specific use case
• Share completed forms with USCIS or immigration authorities

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our templates or content
• Remove copyright notices or branding (except on Business plan with white-label)
• Create derivative works for commercial distribution

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Immigration Templates is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That our service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That information will always be accurate or up-to-date
• That using our templates will result in immigration approval
• Any specific outcome from using our service

IMPORTANT: USCIS forms, fees, and requirements change frequently. While we strive to keep information current, you should always verify with official USCIS sources before submitting applications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immigration Templates and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Immigration application denials or delays
• Errors in information or templates

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Immigration Templates, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Information you submit to immigration authorities

11. Team Features and White-Label

For Team and Business plan subscribers:

• The account owner is responsible for all team member activity
• Account owner must ensure team members comply with these Terms
• Seat limits are enforced based on your subscription tier
• White-label branding (Business plan only) must not infringe on third-party trademarks

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your payment fails or you're past due
• We believe your account poses a security risk
• Required by law or government request

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
